Upgrades can sometimes increase the power of a piece of gear and, sometimes, even add extras. The value of these upgrades is determined by their tiers, requirements and the amount of random augmentations that are applied.

Players can roll equipment in three attributes, physical power, spell power, and health. Upgrades to physical power can increase the damage caused by weapons and melee attack, while upgrades to spell power boost mage attacks and the ring. Health upgrades give the player additional health.

There are three kinds of Reroll tokens: upgrade, rare and legendary. Each upgrade elevates the item to higher quality. To create them, you'll need a higher level token to reroll. Upgrades require a common item. Rare upgrades require an item that is either exclusive or legendary. Legendary upgrades require three legendary pieces.

The reroll marker, unlike other markers or tokens that are placed on action spaces remains on the space until the next success is rerolled. This lets you avoid wasting upgrades.

Blueprints appear as envelopes at the beginning of each Preparation Phase and are opened by grabbing them with Interact. When they are opened, they will display a description and icon for the appliance or ingredient. The restaurant's shop can exchange blueprints for a new appliance or ingredient for a small amount.

After deciding on what to upgrade, players must then select the number of green Growth Stones they wish to use and pay the corresponding cost. After the player has met the requirements, he can hit the upgrade button and apply the Growth Stones. This will increase the item's level by a certain percentage. Leveling

Leveling is a feature that lets you increase the power of weapons and armor. You can also upgrade trinkets and helms. It's done by combining an item with upgrade components at the Upgrade Station, paying a fee in Happy Stars or Happy Tickets. The upgrade materials will be used up and the item will gain an upgrade to a higher level. This process can be repeated until the highest level for an item is reached.

Items with upgraded stats will have a blue icon beside their slot. Unlike enchantments, however, upgrade components don't stack with one another, and can only be added to a single item at a time. Additionally, each upgrade component will require a specific quantity of items to be added, as well as an initial amount for the equipment.

The Upgrade Station comes with two slots: the left one is where players can place equipment that needs that they wish to upgrade, and the right shows a preview of what the equipment will look like when it reaches its next level. The upgrade of an item can boost its Mark Level and/or Rarity. Some upgrade components come with additional modifiers that can improve the item's statistics.

Some items benefit from upgrading not so much for their improved stats and more for the fact that it allows players to gain the most value from a perfect roll on the item. A perfect-rolled 200/6 500 armor set piece, for example is highly coveted by melee PvP communities and could be worth 20-50 times that of the unupp'd version.

When you choose an upgrade component that you want to put into an item the game will show an open window that displays the necessary requirements. This includes the type of item (either weapon or armor), the level of the item, the Upgrade Token needed, and the amount of progress required to complete the upgrade.

The game will place an item in your inventory after you've fulfilled the requirements for an upgrade. The progress bar will update to show you how close you are towards getting the upgrade completed. You can also verify the status of an upgrade by going to any upgrader NPC for the item you want to upgrade.
